KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively seek and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast accuracy as well as involve in account management and account planning.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external partners/vendors, fostering collaborative and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and optimize business growth.
  • Lead the creation of winning business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with company capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular meetings, follow ups, and presentations.
  • Participate in RFPs and tenders for BPO business, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a background in Operations Management or IT is a plus).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in BPO sales, business development, or client management, preferably in outsourcing, shared services, or contact center environments.
  • A "hunter" mentality in sales approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and detail oriented.
  • Strong understanding of BPO operations, service delivery models, outsourcing strategies, and digital transformation trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure under pressure, with exceptional problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrate success in securing contracts, driving revenue growth, and expanding business opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
