As a Senior Human Resources Executive, who will be working with global employees closely in providing HR support in employee life cycle matters and ensuring that the data are maintained and processed accurately and timely.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with HR team base in China by providing HR support in employee life cycle related matters (C&B and Employee Data Management).
  • The incumbent will lead a small team, guide and coach to meet/align with organization’s direction.
  • Prepare and compile data for compensation analyses, including salary benchmarking and pay equity based on the company policies.
  • Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and work together with China HR to ensure their benefit and insurance been enrolled.
  • Provide support for payroll calculations and ensure accurate distribution of compensation.
  • Updating employee movements and personal data changes through SAP system. Ensure that the employee information is accurate and consistently up to date.
  • Analyzing employee data to identify data trend and data analysis report.
  • Support the implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures as and when required.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant professional certificate or equivalent.
  • Candidates with minimum 4 years of relevant experience are preferred, particularly those with a background in managing junior teams. Experience in the Shared Services Centre industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required to support the HR team based in China, given the nature of the business.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools, especially Excel and other data management systems.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, leadership and attention to detail.
