Speedbrick is a leading software development company that is looking for an experienced UX Designer & Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling and intuitive designs that improve user experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with our product and development team to ensure that our software meets the needs of our clients and end-users.
Job Requirement
Must have
- Worked in application company before (not short term apps/website building)
- Worked on long term application before, not just short term projects (long term means the product is in the market for over 3 years)

- You have an exquisite taste for simplicity

- You are smart maybe weird
How you do the job
- Understand trade off on technical constraint
- Understand users job vs users stories
- Understand responsive design
- Able to clearly explain why and how your design are solving the issues
- Ability to balance user needs with business requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, receiving and incorporating feedback effectively
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar applications
- Frontend development experience (eg.HTML/CSS)
