  • Design and run internal sales challenges to incentivize sales team to drive performance.
  • Identify capability gaps, design and execute training to enable front-line staff to better serve customers.
  • Track performance, adapt strategy, and steer regional branch efforts.

  • Ensure industry-leading customer service and full adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in business development of wealth management products.
  • Possesses extensive experience in the sales of wealth management products.
  • Good understanding of key bank processes.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge on analytical tools, business financials and planning.
  • Ability to work independently, resourceful and good resolving issues.
  • Possess good marketing skills.
