  • Compliance Management: Ensure all background screening processes comply with local and international laws, including data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within background screening or compliance.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of background screening processes, employment laws, and data protection regulations.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
