Key Responsibilities:

  • To identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client training or human capital needs, and positioning training solution
  • Source new business leads and build good relationships with new prospects
  • Introduce, present and sell training solutions will consultative selling approach
  • Develop new prospects via various channels such as social media, email, event booth, cold call and etc.
  • Secure meeting with client in virtual channels and in-person to conduct presentation as well as solicit client requirements.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and introduce additional services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project to clients.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business development or sales experience in training field with good contact with corporate client and trainers
  • Able to interact well and hold business conversations with clients through with people at all levels, especially senior HR personnel
  • Good command of English, both verbal and written
  • Possesses strong can-do attitude and goal-driven mindset
