Key Responsibilities:
- To identifying and cultivating sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client training or human capital needs, and positioning training solution
- Source new business leads and build good relationships with new prospects
- Introduce, present and sell training solutions will consultative selling approach
- Develop new prospects via various channels such as social media, email, event booth, cold call and etc.
- Secure meeting with client in virtual channels and in-person to conduct presentation as well as solicit client requirements.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and introduce additional services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of project to clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in business development or sales experience in training field with good contact with corporate client and trainers
- Able to interact well and hold business conversations with clients through with people at all levels, especially senior HR personnel
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Possesses strong can-do attitude and goal-driven mindset
