Responsibilities
• Manage list of customer accounts within product range or assigned segment, pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions & achieve sales targets
• To establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule own activities to make sure these targets are met
• To assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• To negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
• To build strong relationships with customers and generate future sales and repeat business
• To liaise with management on sales feedback, stocks and marketing programs
• To increase sales distribution and expand channel distribution network
• Participate in sales and marketing activities, including outdoor promotions and product launches
Qualifications
• Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partners, Sales, and Sales Management
• Strong customer service skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in Malaysia
• Have relevant relationships/connections in the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the data center or IT industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Malay is preferred
