Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes through the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document business processes, and translate them into functional Salesforce specifications. Your expertise will drive efficient Salesforce configurations, ensuring seamless integration and supporting continuous system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, process builders, and validation rules.
  • Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions, user interviews, and workshops to understand business processes and pain points.
  • Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure the development of effective solutions.
  • Support the testing phase, including preparing test cases, conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and resolving issues identified during testing.
  • Maintain and manage Salesforce user roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality and business processes through automation, customization, and best practices.
  • Prepare documentation for all Salesforce solutions, including user manuals and technical specifications.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices to ensure the platform is utilized to its full potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning components.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, approval processes, and data management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components) is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems is a plus.

Good to have:

  • Experience in other CRM tools or cloud-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data reporting tools.
  • Prior experience with data migration and integration projects.
