Working Hour : 5days(8am-5pm)
Location: Pontian
Job Responsibilities :
•Assist in the setup of the manufacturing facility, including workforce planning and organizational design.
•Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
•Develop and implement campus recruitment programs to attract young talent.
•Establish policies for employee management, benefits, and workplace culture.
•Handle government documentation and compliance processes.
•Represent the company in government-related visits and audits.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and legal documentation.
•Manage HR-related documentation and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirement:
•3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese counterparts.
•Strong knowledge of recruitment, document control, and compliance processes.
•Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
•Need to be open for travelling to Singapore
