Crewing Manager (Kemaman base)

Crew Recruitment and Selection: Identify staffing requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for crew members, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Collaborate with HR and department heads to define job requirements and qualifications. Crew Deployment and Scheduling: Develop and manage crew schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels for all operations. Coordinate crew changes and transportation logistics to and from vessels or rigs. Compliance and Certification Management: Ensure all crew members possess necessary certifications, licenses, and medical clearances as per regulatory and company requirements. Maintain up-to-date records of crew qualifications and training. Performance Management and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to crew members. Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance crew competencies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the crewing budget, including recruitment, training, and travel expenses. Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures. Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents involving crew members.
