Job Responsibilities: -
- Meeting arrangement for all meetings of the board, board committees, and joint venture companies, including planning menus, seating arrangements, and IT facilities.
- Ensure directors' availability for meetings and events, maintaining up-to-date calendars and communicating any changes.
- Coordinate and plan annual meeting dates, updating calendars and informing relevant teams of any adjustments.

- Monitor and collate receipts for the Group CoSec corporate card, submitting monthly records to HR.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as instructed by the Group CoSec.
- Provide support with clerical tasks, including invoice processing, document management, and insurance contributions.
- Ensure compliance with regulations by preparing necessary forms and cross-checking records.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience in Assistant Company Secretarial or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with administrative software.
