Job Responsibilities: - 1. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting performance standards and assessing risks. 2. Develop and map processes with business users to document project scope (ie: Business Requirement Document – BRD) 3. Coordinate with cross-department team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines and schedules. 4. Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues. 5. Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information. 6. Establish and execute an effective project communication plan. 7. Facilitate and document change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget. 8. Coordinate, the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and project handover process to the business users. 9. Obtain user acceptance of project deliverables. 10. Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. 11. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your superior. Job Requirement: - 1. Relevant Bachelor’s degree 2. 3 (Three) or more years of project management experience 3. Clear understanding of formal project management methodologies. 4. Professional certification such as (PMP) or Prince2 is a plus. 5. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines. 6. Proven success working with all levels of management. 7. Good analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems creatively. 8. Good interpersonal skills and resourceful. 9. Strong written and verbal communication skills with good presentation capabilities.
