Dedicated to delivering our Group’s growth targets, we are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager whose primarily focus will be to drive revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing customer relationships within the assigned sector.

Reporting to the Country Manager, the Sales Manager is expected to be driving sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and hunting new clients based in order to achieve the sale plan and targets for the year.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Key Account Management

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for assigned sector in order to achieve the Group targets and objectives.
  • Prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients within the sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing and commercial team to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Understand client requirements and market demands, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

Sales Performance Analysis

  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate sales results and insights to the leadership team.
  • Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and develop action plans to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Conducting regular analysis of sales data to evaluate performance and conduct reporting to management.

Key Requirements

Your ability and confidence to hunt and grow business will be crucial in achieving our ambitious growth targets and therefore, you are required to have the following:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales or development roles within the HORECA industry, preferably in the coffee sector.
  • Able to demonstrate strong understanding of the coffee market in Malaysia, including trends, consumer behaviour, and with ambitious and hunger for results and growth.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well in a team environment.
