Assistant Growth Product Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Growth Product Manager to support the integration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and development of personalized content recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, and also a deep understanding of CRM functionalities and content recommendation engine specifically tailored for our CRM system. You will be responsible for preparing detailed product requirements, also supporting the development and implementation.
Your role
- Assist in preparing detailed product requirements and technical specifications for CRM system integration, automated marketing campaigns with personalized content, and content recommendation machine-learning models.
- Build automated campaigns across all channels, including eDM, Push, in-app message, and Webhook with APIs.
- Manage data requirements based on CRM use cases, including reviewing data points and identifying any gaps or additional data sourcing needs.
- Work closely with technical engineers to ensure technical requirements are met and systems are integrated or developed effectively.
- Plan, conduct and complete the UAT within the agreed timeline.
- Supporting product launch, by preparing related materials and coordinating for launch timeline.
- Utilizing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
To succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
- Strong technical background, proficient in designing solutions, writing detailed technical requirements and specifications is a must.
- Experience in CRM, retention or loyalty management.
- Experience in marketing cloud / marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe Campaign, MoEngage or Talon.One.
- Strong understanding on API integration and automated workflows.
- Basic understanding of HTML is a plus.
