Job Summary: To ensure smooth new model introductions by optimizing resources for maximum efficiency while minimizing costs.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistic system, analyzing performance, and ensuring cost-effective operations across our distribution network;
- To set-up overall logistic process (MIFC) for new model introduction;
- To study and decide packing palletizing for each number;
- To study and decide requirement of equipment and fleet such as forklift and towtruck;
- Responsible for Inbound and Outbound cost reduction activity (truck efficiency, warehouse operation, renban configuration)
- Design, implement and manage logistic solutions to improve efficiency, reduce cost adn streamline operations.
Job requirements:
- Degree Holder in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with minimum CGPA 3.50;
- Excellent English communication skill, strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities;
- Minimum 2 years experience in Internal Logistic Planning and operation;
- Experience in Automotive industry is an added advantage;
- Proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
