Job Summary:

Global Marketing Senior Executive oversees the Global Marketing (Europe) team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with local marketing teams in countries such as Turkey, Spain, Poland, and South Africa. The role involves developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies, facilitating knowledge sharing, managing daily communications, and ensuring timely execution of marketing activities. Additionally, the role includes setting up new country marketing departments and conduct monthly performance reviews to drive continuous improvement across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and execution of global marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and local market needs.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the Global Marketing (Europe) team and communicate with the local marketing team from overseas countries, including but not limited to Turkey, Spain, Poland, and South Africa.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to refine marketing approaches. Conduct research to identify opportunities for market expansion and localized campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration: Build rapport with marketing team from all countries and develop effective marketing strategies and tactical campaigns for each market.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators, analyze marketing effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations through monthly performance reviews with local teams.
  • Country Expansion Support: Assist on the new country marketing department set up from recruiting local marketing to the first store’s opening in the local market.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate across teams and cultures, strong project management and decision-making skills, and an analytical mindset with a creative approach to marketing strategies.
