Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team to provide end-to-end recruitment coordination support to the business, collaborate closely with the Hiring Managers to understand business needs and provide HR administration support to the HR Team.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, organizing interviews, conducting reference checks, updating and maintaining records in recruitment systems.
- Collaborate closely with the Hiring Managers and Recruitment Partners throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with the coordination, communication, planning and organizing inhouse and external trainings, mentoring and coaching programs as well as induction events.
- All administrative tasks involved on the onboarding and off-boarding of employees including the conducting of background checks. This involves communication with employee, managers and HR business partners.
- Assist with administration and drafting of various employment letters – contracts, variation letters, statements of service and liaising with employees on these letters where appropriate.
- Maintaining all relevant employee records in HR system, employee files and org charts.
- Preparing reports as required especially in relation to HR Projects.
- Assisting with legal, audit and compliance requirements.
- Coordinating HR Projects as designated by the HR Manager and Head of HR.
- Demonstrating behaviour at all times in line with the Liberty core values.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, statutory and corporate affairs requirements on a timely basis.
- Taking responsibility and showing initiative in the development of your technical and soft skills.
- Continual improvement mentality applied to HR practices and processes to ensure optimal efficiency, accuracy and privacy of data.
- Performing other related duties as assigned by your manager or other appropriate officer.
About you:
- Established knowledge of Recruitment coordination and Human Resources processes is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Recruitment and Staffing role is highly advantageous.
- Medium to advanced level user of Microsoft Office, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of HR database system or other similar database / systems is preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong ability of multitasking, prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop sound relationships.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in using IT systems.
- Strong level of self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
