Located in Penang, Malaysia, we seek a Specialist focused on elevating our HR systems to world-class standards. Where You Come In

  • Support the HR Learning and Development team by crafting, standardizing, delivering, and optimizing processes for various HR systems.
  • You will help develop and complete detailed standard processes for HR systems administration, including granting access, resolving errors, and educating other administrators on these standards.
  • Your ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve root causes will support the overall utilization and success of the HR systems.
  • Curious, a fast learner, and always think of the customer first.
  • You must have excellent analytical and technical skills to process and interpret various requests from business partners and compile reporting as appropriate.
  • You will collaborate with different departments to ensure training programs are successfully implemented and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • You will craft and deliver innovative training programs that drive employee engagement and development.
  • You will assess the efficiency of training programs and continuously strive for improvement.

What makes you successful:

  • Have experience working with learning management software tools (i.e., Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors, Question Mark, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to learn new software, including Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Smart Sheet, Teams, and other tools. Experience with validated systems is a plus.
  • Experience in administrating systems, including troubleshooting and resolving root causes for system issues.
  • Capable to communicate clearly and concisely with a varying audience.
  • Able to compile information into reporting given direction on what needs to be described.
  • You should have a proven track record of crafting and delivering successful training programs.
  • Have outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • You should be able to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Committed to continuous learning and professional development.
