Senior Sales Operations Manager (Alipay+)
Job Description:
- Sales Operations:
>Oversee the sales operation process and tools, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
>Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance, including onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Data Analysis:
>Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
>Generate insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
>Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Management:
>Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
>Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current processes.
>Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Project Management:
>Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
>Develop project plans, define scope, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, with a strong focus on data analysis, project management, and merchant/user operations.
3. Proven experience in the internet industry, with a deep understanding of merchant operations and online marketplaces.
4. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar).
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels and functions.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving results.
