JOB DESCRIPTION – ADMIN / CLERK IN PROJECT DEPARTMENT

We’re Hiring : Admin/Clerk

Job Specialization : Project Documentation Specialist,Project Coordination Assistant, Project Financial Support Clerk

Salary Range : RM1,800-RM2,200

Employment Type : Full-Time

Location : Puchong, Selangor

What we are looking for ?

Requirements :

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred

· Proven experience as an administrative clerk or in a similar role, preferably in a project setting

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask

· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello) is a plus

· Knowledge of office equipment and procedures

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities :

· Assist the Project Manager and team in day-to-day administrative tasks

· Maintain project documentation, files, and records, ensuring they are updated and accessible

· Prepare and distribute project reports, meeting minutes, and other communications

· Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and project-related events

· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

· Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents related to the project

· Track project timelines and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met

· Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project-related requirements

· Assist in organizing project materials, tools, and equipment

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the project

· Support project team members with ad hoc tasks as needed
