Sales & Marketing Officer / Executive

• Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales closing, and after-sales service. • Brainstorm, plan, and execute marketing strategies to promote projects/properties, including but not limited to online and offline advertising, roadshows, launches, exhibitions, project awards participation, corporate campaigns, and publicity events. • Carry out competitor study and market research to identify market potential, prospective customers, market penetration, and market competitiveness, as and when required. • Assist in generating new leads through various social media channels and expanding the customer base. • Manage customers’ feedback/comments and attend to their inquiries on property information, loan applications, and end-financiers. • Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports for the Management. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field, and with a minimum of 2 years working experience. • Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience with proven records in the property development industry is an added advantage. • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
