Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role and the Accounts and Admin Assistant will be assisting the Finance Manager in handling accounts and administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling Full Set of Accounts for the company and bookkeeping for clients.
  • Handling Accounts Receivable, Payables, General Ledge, Payment Vouchers and Reports.
  • To handle daily accounting functions including Bank Reconciliation, Receipts, Invoices, and other related transactions.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in processing the Balance Sheets, Income Statements and other financial statements, according to relevant financial guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly and year-end closing activities, including monthly Financial Reports.
  • To ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and data integrity of all financial data.
  • To perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when necessary, on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist the Manager with Payroll, HR, and Other related work.

Qualifications

  • Have at least a Diploma or a Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates from accounts and finance backgrounds that possess the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the related field is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL and MYOB accounting systems will be an added advantage.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is required.

Office Location

We are located in Brem Mall at Kepong, Kuala Lumpur and a short walk from the Sri Delima MRT station.
