Key Responsibilities:

1. HRIS Management & System Optimization

  • Act as the primary system administrator for the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring optimal system functionality and data accuracy.
  • Configure and maintain HR workflows, system integrations, and automation tools to enhance efficiency in SSC operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to drive HRIS upgrades, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Develop HR dashboards and analytics tools to provide real-time insights on workforce trends, employee lifecycle, attrition, and performance.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify patterns, predict HR risks, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct data audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll teams to generate accurate reports for compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.

3. Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and implement automation solutions
  • Streamline end-to-end SSC operations, including onboarding, work pass processing, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and HR workflow documentation.
  • Lead HR process reengineering projects to enhance employee experience and reduce manual workload.

4. HR Compliance & Digital Governance

  • Ensure HR data security and compliance with GDPR, PDPA, and local labor laws.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure HR transactions and employee records meet company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, providing accurate documentation and compliance reports.
  • Train HR and SSC teams on HRIS best practices, data accuracy, and system functionalities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • min 5 years of HRIS administration and process optimization experience in a Shared Services (SSC) or multinational environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HR automation tools, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with HR automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Mandarin & English to support global team.
