Executive, Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive specializing in Compensation & Benefits, focusing on payroll management, employee services, and broader HR support.
This position is ideal for a Fresh Graduate or Junior candidate eager to grow their HR career. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team player, meticulous in handling payroll and benefits, and willing to take on additional company assignments and ad-hoc projects to support HR and operational goals.
Responsibilities
1. Payroll Management:
- Collaborate with the Payroll team and Human Resources Manager to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing via KaizenHR for all employees.
- Audit payroll data to identify and correct discrepancies, ensuring alignment with regulations and company policies.
- Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries, providing timely and clear resolutions.
- Partner with Finance and other relevant departments to reconcile payroll issues.
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports as required.
2. HR Employee Services:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Handle employee concerns professionally, escalating complex cases to the appropriate channels.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and confidentiality of employee records.
3. Employee Benefits Administration:
- Administer and oversee diverse employee benefits programs, including medical benefits and additional perks.
- Manage benefit program enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring efficient handling of employee needs.
- Conduct analysis on benefits utilization to identify trends and suggest enhancements.
- Work with benefit providers to address and resolve employee inquiries efficiently.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving benefits offerings and maximizing utilization.
4. Employee Engagement:
- Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and surveys.
- Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall employee experience.
5. Support for HR Activities and Other Company Assignments:
- Support additional HR activities as needed, such as customer service and administrative functions.
- Assist the HR Manager with any ad-hoc tasks and special projects, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments on assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR or payroll (internship or entry-level experience) is preferred.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in using HR software (familiarity with KaizenHR is a plus).
- Fluent in BM, English and Mandarin
- Willingness to learn and effectively use Notion and Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Drive, etc.) as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to timely responses and follow-ups.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality & integrity and able to work under pressure
