Job Description

Merchant Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the RM team and leadership.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives for underperforming merchants.

Business Development Training

  • Develop and execute training programs for RM teams to enhance their sales and negotiation skills.
  • Conduct periodic workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on SPayLater products, sales strategies, and market trends.
  • Maintain training materials and ensure continuous learning for RM teams.

RM Target Setting & Recalibration

  • Define sales targets for RM teams based on market analysis and past performance.
  • Regularly recalibrate targets based on evolving business priorities and merchant trends.
  • Work with leadership to align KPIs and success metrics with business objectives.

RM Performance & Incentive Management

  • Track and evaluate RM team performance against set targets.
  • Develop and implement incentive structures to drive motivation and achieve business goals.
  • Work with finance and HR teams to ensure timely incentive payouts.

Huntlist Tracking & Management

  • Maintain and update the merchant huntlist to ensure a steady pipeline of high-potential prospects.
  • Track progress on merchant acquisition efforts and refine targeting strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights to RM teams to improve conversion rates.

Offline Merchant Competitive Intelligence

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on offline merchant financing trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Provide competitive benchmarking reports to support RM strategies.
  • Identify key differentiators and opportunities for SPayLater to enhance merchant value proposition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business planning, sales strategy, or merchant analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in target setting, incentive management, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
