  • Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not required.
