Quality Assurance Executive
Responsibilities:
1. To assist the QA Assistant Manager in the following tasks:
a) Organize internal quality audits and other quality assurance activities in accordance with the Yearly Quality Assurance Planner.
b) Prepare / Compile internal audit reports.
c) Evaluate audit findings and ensure appropriate corrections and corrective actions are implemented in regards to identified nonconformities.
d) To identify, through internal audits, risks and opportunities within the Quality System for further action by interested parties.
e) Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and identifying their root cause(s) using appropriate QC Tools.
f) Recommend and monitor corrective and/or preventive actions.
g) Timely close-out of all non-conformance reports, in conjunction with the QA Department’s KPI and to identify trends of nonconformities.
h) Collect and compile statistical quality data to ensure Specific Quality Objectives have been met. This shall include ensuring that Customer
Satisfaction objectives have been achieved. To analyze these data to identify areas for improvement in the Quality System.
i) Identify training needs and provide support in organizing training to meet quality standards.
coordinate and support audits conducted by external parties, including audits by the Certification Authority.

a) As the Company Document Controller, ensuring appropriate documents are identified and registered in the Master List of Documents.
Ensuring that documents that are superseded or obsolete are identified as such, especially if they are used as reference.
b) Timely distribution of Quality Manuals, Procedures and Forms, once created or revised.
3. Liaising with the QC manager to ensure Department KPIs are achieved, including quality measures for rework and reject.

Experience / Skills Required:
1. Candidate with a Diploma/Degree in a technical discipline preferred.
2. In lieu of a diploma/Degree, at least 2-3 years relevant working experiences.
3.Minimum requirement knowledge in ISO 9001: Awareness / Basic certificates and Internal Auditor certificate is preferred.
4. Ability to write in proper English is a prerequisite.
5. Strong computer skills including functional proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Work well under pressure.
