Executive assistants are advanced administrative professionals who work with top-level executives or in international facilities in various industries. They organise meetings, organise and maintain files, arrange travel, train staff members, communicate in other languages, and manage the day-to-day operations of the office. To carry out 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices within PKT Group of Companies • To walk warehouse, ensure regular housekeeping, remove disposal items and keep warehouse clean. • To read and understand warehouse procedures, train warehouse staff, ensure compliance and update warehouse procedures whenever changes in warehouse processes. • To attend to issues, find root cause, provide solution and resolve within reasonable time. • Conduct audit observation to assist in the improvement of procedures and practices related to warehouse operation. Work with operation staff, find possible improvement and implement. • Coordinate with operation staff, compile data and submit reports on timely manner. • To attend customers’ inquiries via the telephone or email, and to respond timely and accurately to their queries. • To ensure a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval. • To conduct regular meeting with operation team, encourage two way communication, review operation matters, share thoughts, resolve issues if any, motivate and maintain harmonious working environment. • To follow up customer’s urgent orders or inquires, communicate with operation team and ensure to fulfill. • Achieve warehouse objectives and KPI as set by customer and management. • To perform other duties mandated by Superior.
