Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the point of contact between local teams and headquarters, facilitating communication and collaboration.

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including document translation and general office management.

· Assist with procurement needs, managing relationships with suppliers and vendors for office supplies and other necessities.

· Provide comprehensive support to management, including travel arrangements, bookings, reservations, and other business-related logistics.

· Assist in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and support with HR documentation.

· Manage simple accounting tasks such as accounts receivable, payable, data compilation, and billing.

· Manage and coordinate sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

· Collaborate with the Business Development and Project teams, ensuring all operational needs are met effectively.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business HR related studies or Accountancy or Finance-related field.

· 2-3 years of experience in office administration support, accounting and finance background.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Resourceful and adaptable, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with HQ in China and assist with document translation.

· A proactive mindset, focusing on taking initiative and ownership of responsibilities.

· Experience in Account/Finance operations or similar roles is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
