We are now seeking dynamic personnel for the below key position to join us in our Panorama TV Department. DESCRIPTIONS  Handle enquiries from phone, email and website  To prepare quotation, order and invoice and to follow up accordingly  Ensure all special requests are recorded and follow up in an efficient manner  Arrange, prepare & record the stocks  Arrange appointment with customers for any installation / maintenance required  Liaise closely with Technical department for any installation / maintenance appointment  Guide customers to troubleshoot Panorama TV issues  Ensure all technical and maintenance problem issues is handled in a timely manner  Assist in letter /email blasting  Assist in prepare the marketing related matters  Any other related work assigned by superior REQUIREMENTS  SPM or school leavers are welcome to apply  Familiar with MS Office and email functions  Training shall be provided if necessary  Good personality and positive working attitudes, meticulous, self-discipline and dedicate to work  Preferably able to join immediately or short notice To be based at Bayan Lepas, Penang
