JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for processing customer orders and customer forecasts. • Coordinate with customers on delivery and inventory related matters. • Communicate promptly with Production and Purchasing regarding changes to the production schedule. • Work with Logistic team on the issuance of invoice and shipping documentations to customers. • Responsible for issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) notice to customers for any returned goods. • Responsible to update and ensure data accuracy in ERP system. • Coordinate between customers and internal teams on any engineering changes and quality-related issues. • Responsible for timely update of sales information and ensure data accuracy in ERP system. • Provide quotation to customers for any new RFQ enquiry. • Meet customer expectations through effective communication via emails or phone. • Interact with Operations team to prioritize orders and collaborate with other teams to identify and solve issues related to sales, service, and delivery. • Coordinate with related teams on customer requirements includes products configuration, testing and shipment dates for orders. • Proactively communicate and update teams on changes in commitment. • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. • Resolves product/service problems and provide timely update and action. • Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards. • Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
