Housekeeping Operations & Guest Experience - Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are well-maintained. - Implement and uphold high cleanliness standards to enhance guest satisfaction. - Respond to guest requests and feedback, ensuring prompt and professional service. 02. Inventory & Resource Management - Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities to ensure efficient stock management. - Work with suppliers to maintain quality and cost-effective procurement. - Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve sustainability. 03.
