  • Oversee the operational efficiency of all assigned stores.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, and stock management.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve targets.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Field Managers to improve team performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
  • Ensure all stores deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Ensure merchandise displays adhere to company guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-store role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel between store locations regularly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
