- Oversee the operational efficiency of all assigned stores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, cleanliness, and stock management.
- Analyze sales reports and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage, coach, and develop Field Managers to improve team performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify training needs.
- Ensure all stores deliver exceptional customer service.
- Address customer complaints and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure merchandise displays adhere to company guidelines.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-store role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between store locations regularly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software
