Executive Assistant to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Travel frequently to Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, and Hong Kong to support the CEO in various high-profile events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in the events industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
