  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Conduct due diligence, review and negotiate agreement for acquisitions or corporate transactions undertaken by the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant laws, legislations and guidelines by the companies within the Group.
  • Lead and mentor the legal department at IOI HQ

Requirements

  • Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years' working experience in legal practice or as in-house legal counsel.
  • Working experience in one or more of IOI Group's core business areas (plantation and resource-based manufacturing) will be an advantage.
  • Experience in mergers & acquisitions and in cross border legal work will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
