Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Schedule Management

  • Maintain and coordinate the executive’s agenda, including planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.

Documentation & Communication

  • Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence, reports, contracts, speeches.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communications, redirecting as appropriate.

Meeting Coordination & Translation

  • Attend high-level meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Provide real-time translation during business negotiations, client visits, and international conferences.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an executive secretary or senior administrative role, preferably in multinational corporations.
  • Advanced English proficiency with exceptional translation and bilingual communication skills, fluent in Chinese.
