SE/Manager, Digital SME Marketing
• This role plays a key support in the Marketing and Partnership team to build and leverage strong working relationships with key stakeholders for both internal and external sales/BD teams, data analytics, digital enablement & operational excellence and product team to drive successful initiatives aimed at securing new clients.
• Liaise closely with agencies to create marketing strategies and collaterals including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing, social media, digital marketing, promotions, community relations, special events, sponsorships, and business relations.
• Manage end-to-end execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including digital and social marketing, content marketing, influencer marketing, performance marketing, email marketing and traditional media buys.
• Works with marketing leadership team to develop strategic vision and oversee execution of Digital SME marketing campaigns that meets established branding, preference and volume goals for BCA and SME Financing. Act as a brand custodian, ensuring all branding application is consistent internally and externally.
• Proactively makes recommendations and brings innovative solutions to the development of appropriate marketing strategies to drive Digital SME Business Current Account and Loan growth. Analyse and provide recommendations for A/B tests, keywords and implement best SEO practices based on external and internal customer data, input on UI/UX to improve on customer journey.
• Manages and monitors market activities of different projects/analysis of case studies related to SME businesses and financing, including benchmarking competitors and potential partners.
• Responsible for monitoring, reporting, and analysing sales performance in relation to marketing efforts and website activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports for Digital SME.
• Assist in following protocols, work within a budget, to create and implement business analysis and ROI reporting related to marketing campaigns and partnerships. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Job Requirements:
Skills
• Fluent in multi languages such as English and Malay. Language skill in Chinese and Cantonese will be an advantage.
• Possess analytical skill for monthly Marketing business reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Experience with visual design/editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator and added advantage.
Knowledge
• Strong understanding of data analytics and marketing funnels
• Quick to pick up marketing or financial market trends
• Good understanding of digital landscape, campaign and content mechanics that can drive activity and results.
• Working understanding of digital channels, able to work with agencies to deliver campaign results.
Experience
• 1-3 years experience in marketing communications, media, brand management and integrated marketing including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing and other Direct Marketing activities. Agency experience is a bonus.
• Copywriting, social media, or video production skills will be an added advantage.
• Had experience in launching and executing a project and/or campaign as required
• Excellent communicator with great presentation skills
