Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, aligning with company growth objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, including new store openings and market expansion.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring liquidity for operations and expansion.
  • Implement strategies for cost control and revenue optimization.
  • Work closely with banks and financial institutions to optimize financing structures.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and talent development.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the finance department.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage technology for enhanced financial reporting and decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years in FP&A, financial reporting, or controlling.
  • Prior experience in Retail or F&B industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or similar).
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-jurisdictional environment.
