JOB SUMMARY The Business Facilitation Manager will be managing and coordinating internal and external operations to ensure seamless execution of projects, services, and customer relations. This individual will act as the primary point of contact between departments, helping streamline processes, resolve issues, and support key business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills and have a keen eye for operational efficiency. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be based in Pusat Rehabilitasi PERKESO Tun Abdul Razak, Melaka. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Serve as a liaison between various internal departments, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and the effective flow of information. • Develop and implement systems, tools, and processes to facilitate business operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services. • Oversee project timelines, helping to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and ensure that all deliverables are met on schedule. • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and workshops between stakeholders to address business needs and resolve operational challenges. • Assist in streamlining workflows, identifying areas for process improvement, and implementing strategies for increased efficiency. • Provide ongoing support to business units by identifying potential obstacles and implementing solutions to keep operations on track. • Manage customer relations by handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. • Track project progress and report regularly to senior leadership on status, risks, and necessary adjustments. • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the business maintains a competitive advantage in its operations. • Develop, implement, and manage logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. • Coordinate and oversee the supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to distribution and final delivery relating to medical devices related units distributed by PRPSB. • Manage relationships with external vendors, transportation companies, and third-party logistics providers. • Optimize transportation routes, inventory levels, and warehouse operations to reduce costs and improve efficiency. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, delivery times, inventory turnover, and cost control. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental laws. • Prepare and manage logistics budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Resolve logistics issues promptly, addressing delays, damages, or shortages in coordination with other departments. • Develop and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance the overall logistics function. • Perform any other duties as deemed necessary by the employer REQUIRED QUALITIES: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics management, supply chain management, or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation systems, inventory management, and warehouse operations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Knowledge of industry regulations, customs, and compliance standards. MINIMUM BASIC SALARY RM5,600
