  • Provide actionable marketing intelligence to refine the department's strategies.
  • Showcase hotel facilities and services through well-organized client inspections.
  • Formulate and execute marketing strategies to boost visibility and drive bookings.
  • Represent the Director of Sales when required and take on special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel sales with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • Strong expertise in corporate and leisure markets, especially FIT/GIT segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve measurable sales results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and sales tools is advantageous.
