Are you a visionary creative leader with a passion for branding and design? As a Creative Group Head, you will be at the forefront of crafting exceptional campaigns that inspire and engage. This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and shape the creative direction of diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions and offer guidance on creative and design execution for projects. Collaborate with your team on multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong leadership skills while taking accountability for the creative development produced by your team.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with cross functional teams - especially key leaders from brand & marketing team to understand their vision, objectives and requirements for creative campaigns.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage art directors and designers, fostering their development and ensuring high-quality work while maintaining a healthy and productive team culture.
- Strategic Branding: Make decisions by understanding brand direction, business strategy, marketing objectives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Time & Process Management: Manage project timelines, guide the process from initial ideas to final execution, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule with the required deliverables.
- Budget Optimization: Plan budgets for your assigned projects to ensure optimal outcomes while maintaining controlled spending.
What You Need To Have
- At least 8 years of creative industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership experience
- Strong background in branding, design, and campaign development.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage and inspire a creative team while delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking with attention to detail and a knack for balancing creativity with practicality.
