Business Development Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and strengthen market presence in the AI industry.
- Proactively secure and develop partnerships to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and strategic account planning.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and maximize AI-driven business growth.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of compelling business proposals, tailored to client needs and aligned with the Company’s objectives.
- Engage with potential and existing clients through meetings, follow-ups, and presentations to build long-term relationships.
- Drive participation in RFPs, tenders, and BPO opportunities, ensuring timely, competitive, and compliant submissions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in AI technology.
- Stay informed on industry advancements, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to shape strategic business decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a tech or AI-focused environment (experience in a Big 4 firm is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other relevant tools to create impactful presentations, reports, and analyses.
- Proven sales track record is a plus, demonstrating the ability to drive revenue growth and secure business opportunities.
- Results-driven mindset with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
