The Position

We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Intern which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to HR payroll software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide and assist support to end users on enquiries to HRMS/ Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.
  • Assist Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Perform data migration works if necessary
  • Conduct product (Software) training to end users
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions

Main Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma, an advanced/higher/graduate diploma, and a bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resource Payroll System or Customer Support.
  • Strong in communication skills, including English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Resilient, resourceful, displays strong initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.
