ServiceNow Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong interest in business processes and process re-We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst who will play a critical role in defining and documenting requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a multi-product solution. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who excels at gathering and analyzing complex information, translating it into actionable requirements, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in ServiceNow business analysis and administration;
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and experience with ITSM tools;
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Desired Skill-set
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified; Implementation Specialist (CIS);
- ITIL V3/V4 Certification;
- Familiar with the GEN-AI/ Now Assist.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs, process workflows, and functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations;
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops to capture detailed use cases and user stories that align with program objectives;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams, data models, and user acceptance test (UAT) plans;
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, developers, and other implementation team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable;
- Implement and manage ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog;
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and best practices in all ServiceNow processes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.
