Senior Software Engineer

Scope:SAP • Get necessary clarification from local business users and SME during all project phases. • Track the project progress, capture risk and work on mitigations. • Provide necessary project status /progress to implementer and Client stakeholder. • Write user requirements and configure the system to the requirements. • Work in an onsite/ offshore team model and bring out the results with team members. • Manage the risk to avoid any disruption to the operations and to ensure smooth completions. • Meet project delivery deadlines and manage costs. Experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a full cycle SAP implementation as well as in support projects. • Relevant SAP Certification Possess knowledge and experience. • Extensive experience of using Scrum/Agile project management methodologies. • Experience in handling S/4HANA Finance, project management. • Write user requirements and configure the system to the requirements. • Knowledgeable in performing configuration for at least 3 of the SAP modules. • Knowledge in FI integration points with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, HR, PP and PM is an added advantage Knowledge in other SAP Financial modules e.g. SAP BPC, BW, etc. is an added advantage. • Cross-functional experience in MM, SD & FICO • Experienced in SAP IRPA, SAP BTP, SAP BPA, SAP Signavio, SAP CPI, SAP Sustainability, S/4HANA Scope:Data Science • As a data Scientist you will provide data integration (including cloud) following CLIENT standard and architecture in a standardize manner. • Provide data ETL/ELT between multiple data layers in CLIENT Enterprise Data Hub (EDH). • Develop, construct, test and maintain data architectures, set or model based on business requirement. • Support and solve integration issues, either at application level or infra and network level. • Identify the bottlenecks in the existing data pipelines, propose and lead the efforts to optimize and automating the data pipeline works. • Leverages on variety of programming languages & data crawling/processing tools to ensure data reliability, quality & efficiency. • Work on collecting, storing, processing, and analysing of huge sets of data from various sources. Enable data for big data compute and processing. Support and maintain all data repository to ensure all data are properly catalogued and identified. Selecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilities Experience: • Minimum 5+ years of being in senior Data Scientist role. • Data Modelling and Data Warehousing skill. • Experience in Data Transformation using ETL/ELT tools such as AWS Glue, Factory, Talend, EAI-Web Methods. • Strong experience in: PySpark, Azure Databricks, ADF, ADLS with CI/CD, API & MS SQL. Cosmos DB, Hive, Kafka, Azure DevOps with Python background is preferred. • Experience in database query using SQL. Experience in Cloud Data-related tool (Microsoft Azure, Amazon S3) • Experience with any data virtualisation platform • Experience with any ETL/data processing platform • Knowledge Graph (KG) libraries and development; Data Ingestion in KG, various knowledge stores; • Query Analysis - unstructured data processing and storage in indexes; • MLOPs implementation and ML monitoring; • NER (Name Entry Recognition) build, maintain and retain. • Be able to assemble large, complex data sets from multiple data sources that meet business requirements • Able to do this whilst being the sole data engineering resource as part of a larger project team • Able to create documentation on the data pipelines and data models developed Scope:Data Analytics • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics; • Extract, analyze, interpret & identifying pattern in data from various tables or reports; • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion; • Generate reports from single or multiple systems; • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalisation; • Assess the quality of data and filter/clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems; • Perform initial analysis to work with Project Manager and delivery team to develop Data Management Solution;Ex • Experience in Database query using SQL; • Advanced Excel Skills including pivot tables, graphics and general advanced functions. • Possess understanding and skillsets of data management, with a particular emphasis on the area of data standard and data quality • Possess understanding of data management and expertise in Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Scope:Software Development • Design, develop, modify, debug and/or maintain software code according to functional, non-functional and technical design specifications. • Follow client’s software engineering standards, applicable software development methodology and release processes, to ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and supportable, and demo the software products to stakeholders. • Investigate issues by reviewing/debugging code, provide fixes and workarounds, and review changes for operability to maintain existing software solutions. • Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications. • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. • Analyse and resolve technical and application problems. Experience: • 7+ years of proven experience in software product development. • Proficient with Microsoft .NET development using C# and able to demonstrate knowledge on core technical areas like ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, LINQ, EF, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, etc. • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Proficiency in Angular JS. • Understanding of server-side CSS. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools • Experience with responsive and adaptive design for Web and Mobile Application. • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Experience in developing event driven micro services based on Kafka or similar framework. • Experience in designing and implementing monitoring agents for microservices and dashboards. • Experience in designing automation of product development life cycle including testing and building a strong CI/CD pipeline. • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Scope:Project Management • Managing outcome-led technical programs and technical activities in accordance with the agreed project scope. • Developing a budget and operating plan for the program. • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. • Managing a technical delivery team for an outcome-based engagement. • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regent of project issues and decisions on services. • Manage and monitor program activities from Design to Deployment. Experience: • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with an overall experience of 15+ years. • Knowledge and Experience in technical and managerial aspects of data engineering including Agile, DevOps & Waterfall methodologies. • Must be well experienced with Agile, Scrum Methodology. • Experience of working on large corporate systems with complex organisational constraints. • To bring experience of various solution designs and understand their relative merits. • Ability to make decisions for complex problems, considering a wide range of priorities. • Proven ability to manage large and diverse teams.
