Pharmacist

Role overview: •You will be responsible for unit-dose dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient drug distribution and control system to all customers. Key Responsibilities: •Review prescriptions to assure accuracy, appropriateness of medication and determine formulas and ingredients needed •Provide medical consultation and healthcare advice to all the customers. •Recommending suitable health supplements and provide relevant health advice according to individual needs (Cross-selling) •Counsel patients on all products available in the outlet •Provide excellent service and maintain good relationship with all customers. •Ensure stock visibility and products display •Always keep up to date on the market trend and lead the staffs to achieve the sales target. •Maintain pharmacy files, POS system and inventory/ stockholding •Maintain Out Of Stock (OOS) of products according to target set by management •Maintain good communication and working relationship with all staff within the store, and with the Head Office •Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet •Managing staff schedule and outlet operation according to standards and procedure of the company Job Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent. •At least min 4 Year(s) of working experience in retail is required for this position. •Registered with Malaysian Pharmaceuticals Board. •Eligible to obtain License A. •Sales and service oriented. •Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network effectively and establish effective working relationships •Able to demonstrate effective time management skills while working independently with minimal supervision and supervising others •Practical knowledge of computers, software and wide range of pharmaceutical and consumer products •Willing to work on weekend/ public holidays and perform shift duties •Possess leadership qualities
