JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the quality functions for the entire manufacturing operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/AUTHORIZATION LEVEL • Lead the team to achieve company quality goals, cost and delivery; • Coordinate ISO and other quality standard audits deployed to ensure compliance; • Define incoming/outgoing/inprocess inspection and work procedures; • Chair MRB meeting for IQA and process fallout; • Lead and drive proactive continuous improvement on yield & quality metrics; • Interact with customer on complaint received and coordinate on defect analysis and response activity; • Plan and coordinate with inter departments on non-conformance product issue; • Ensure all corrective and preventive measures to be carried out in accordance to all procedures; • Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company’s Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs; • Participate in any special projects/programs as & when assigned by Company. Authority: • Senior/Manager, QA or as delegated by Management; • Stop the production process or hold shipment is product is found not conforming; • To review and approve change in quality plan; • Recall product if non-conforming products affect shipment or those already shipped or delivered. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE • SPM with years of experience or Diploma/Degree in related discipline; • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics industry in the same capacity. JOB-RELATED SKILLS • SAP knowledge is an added advantage; • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and 6-Sigma will be advantage; • Possess high level of integrity, initiative and sense of urgency; • Dynamic, confident and highly analytical with strong technical background; • Strong leadership qualities to achieve global standards in quality; • Good and effective communication skills with all levels within the organization, Suppliers and Customers; • Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented.
