- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop close working relationships, business partnering and work collaboratively with internal and external contacts at all levels;
- Demonstrated the ability to maintain problem-solving approach in collaboration with internal and external contacts;
- Demonstrated presentation and leadership skills;
- Strong organizational skills; able to organize and follow through with projects; ability to efficiently handle 2 companies within Malaysia and provide admin support to Singapore office as and when required ;
- Meticulous with an eye for detail;
- Conversant with Microsoft Office suite and payroll software HRIQ
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree/Diploma related to Human Resources or business related studies
- Candidates with strong background in construction or real estate is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in comparable role in a construction or real estate company
- Strong negotiation skills, firm but fair in managing people
- Familiar with local HR statutory requirements, e.g. Labor Law, social contributions etc a plus
- Familiar with payroll functions
