DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties in an office setting and support of business operations within a department. • Researching potential vendors. • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers. • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing. • Track orders and ensure timely delivery. • Review quality of purchased products. • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum Diploma holder in Business study or equivalent. • At least 3 years working experience in the similar position (experience in frozen food industry would be an advantage). • Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excels and etc. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Responsible, positive attitude and self-motivated to learn. • Knowledgeable in SQL Software would be an added advantage.
