Responsibilities
To support the Head of Department and Unit Head in the following areas:
- Utilise data from various systems to generate reports and analysis to assist Management in evaluating company performance and planning strategies for new and existing initiatives.
- Track and analyse industry trends to enable the Company to stay ahead of competitors.
- Ensure business targets are met through proactive monitoring and strategic adjustments.
- Support personal financing segment with tailored products that cater to the target market.
- Assist in prepare new product offering, supported by market research, competitive analysis, factual evidence and trending statistics.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new product launch and conduct post-launch performance reviews to assess product success and identify improvement areas.
- Carry out comprehensive portfolio risk analysis, including the development of key performance indicator (KPI) and trend assessments to determine product profitability and viability.
- Ensure Credit Risk Management are updated, relevant and optimized to increase profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements in all processes.
- Participate in and contribute to company transformation and special projects.
Qualifications
- Posses a Degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Banking or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with data analysis tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Mature thinking, bright personality with good attitude and ability to interact with people from all levels, both internal and external stakeholders.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills with fluency in verbal and written English.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- High level of commitment, integrity and responsibility, with strong planning and organizational skills; and can be depended upon to complete assignments conscientiously and independently in a timely manner.
